Carbon Fiber Angles

Housed in a state-of-the-art 52,000 square foot facility located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Composite Resources has been designing, prototyping and manufacturing standard and custom composite products and assemblies for a broad spectrum of customers, both in the industrial and private sectors. One stock composite product line that we feature is our Black Project™ family of sheet, tube, rod and angle.

The Black Project™ line of composite carbon fiber angle stock is constructed of high strength 2x2 twill, 12K, 33-msi carbon fiber fabric and a binding epoxy matrix. Our composite carbon fiber angle is lightweight, with excellent stiffness and tensile strength characteristics. Black Project™ carbon fiber angle is available in the following standard sizes:

As noted above, Black Project™ composite carbon fiber angle is sold in 6-foot lengths, but can be custom cut in our facility to shorter lengths – as you require – for a nominal charge. Additionally, Composite Resources has the in-house capability to produce custom carbon fiber angle sizes both in terms of longer angle lengths, and longer or shorter leg lengths. Black Project™ composite carbon fiber angles can be bonded to other materials using a 2-part epoxy, or with mechanical fasteners such as rivets or nuts and bolts. We can also custom profile the Black Project™ composite carbon fiber angle with precision machined slots, bolt holes, curved profiles and corner radii as needed for that finishing touch on your final product.
