QuickCheck™ Circuit Board Templates
Today’s complex electronic circuit boards require extreme precision in the placement of surface mount or soldered components on multilayer boards. Composite Resources has developed the QuickCheck™ line of templates, designed for the efficient and thorough inspection of printed circuit boards. QuickCheck™ templates are used during “midstream” quality control inspection, and are also an integral part of the printed circuit board (PCB) final inspection of the finished product.
QuickCheck™ templates are laser cut final inspection sheets that are manufactured from electrostatic discharge (ESD) resistant and safe plastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) material. These templates can be used at quality control in-process inspection stations as part of the PCB manufacturing process, as well as in the final inspection phase, and can be used for multiple job builds. To produce QuickCheck™ templates, ABS sheet material is available in four colors – clear, white, tan and blue.
