At each stage of the process different tools, processes, and materials are used.

Aircraft Tubes

For high volume production long tubes are trimmed to precise lengths.  This product meets flame retardant requirements of FAA FAR 25.853a.

Filtration Tubes

Tubular composite products can be produced in high and low volume using roll wrap, filament wind, or braid processes. 

Special Projects

We learn new things every day.  In this case we learned to sew and ultrasonically weld plastic components to develop a product that lives with every soldier in combat. Back to Top
