At each stage of the process different tools, processes, and materials are used.

Aircraft Tubes

For high volume production, Roll wrapped long Carbon Fiber tubes, are trimmed to precision length's and center less ground to precise outside diameter. This product meets flame retardant requirements of FAA FAR 25.853a.

Filtration Tubes

Tubular composite products can be produced in high and low volume using roll wrap, filament wind, or braid processes. 

Special Projects
