Composite Resources has developed in-house manufacturing and fabrication capabilities to meet and exceed the needs of our customers.  Composite Resources custom builds world-class equipment required to fabricate ferrous and non-ferrous materials while providing the most competitive end products to our clients. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff has fabricated and manufactured many custom composite projects over the years. The manufacturing team here at Composite Resources also handles the traditional material shapes including tube, rod, angle and flat sheets to name a few.

With an extensive array of custom and “standard” manufacturing equipment in our newly enhanced facility located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Composite Resources can manufacture and fabricate your component or assembly using a variety of capabilities and process methods. We have successfully manufactured and fabricated components and products for a wide range of industries and applications. Some examples include:

  • Aerospace: aircraft tubes meeting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) FAR 25.853a flame retardant requirements – these high volume production tubes are trimmed to precise lengths.
  • Military: sewing and ultrasonic welding a component that is used by every soldier in a combat environment
  • Filtration: composite tubular products produced in low to high production quantities, utilizing filament winding, roll wrapping or braiding processes.
